Lecturer and Senior Preceptor; Ph.D., University of Wisconsin-Madison, 1993. Interests include: domestic violence assessment and treatment issues with perpetrators and victims, workplace violence, corporate communication and anger management- fitness for duty issues, cognitive-behavioral, motivational, interpersonal and group therapies focusing on marital relationship issues, assertiveness/communication skills, stress and anxiety, anger management, child and adolescent behavioral problems, parenting skills, mood disorders, self-esteem and substance abuse, cultural and pragmatic issues impacting mental health treatment access and utilization in the Latino community.
