Policy and Reporting Analyst—Madison, WI

Do you enjoy educating people on how to use web-based reports, analyzing client policies and procedures, and traveling on occasion? Your primary focus as policy and reporting analyst will be to work with clients of SafeMeasures®, the National Council on Crime and Delinquency’s (NCCD’s) state-of-the-art data-reporting service for social service agencies. Here are some of the job responsibilities.

• Regular client interaction.
• Research and analysis of policies, procedures, and legislation related to child welfare and juvenile justice.
• Determine, develop, and ensure quality of SafeMeasures report requirements.
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in social work, sociology, or a related field of study or two to three years of
experience in a related field.
• Experience in data reporting and the ability to educate others in these areas preferred.
• Experience in child protective services, juvenile justice, or a comparable social service area
preferred.
• Strong interpersonal skills and clear communication skills.
• Ability to apply critical thinking to triage issues and determine the best course of action.
• Project and client management experience preferred.
• Familiarity with or aptitude to learn HTML/XML/CSS and/or SQL preferred.
