The Washington County Behavioral Health Division, located in West Bend, has an excellent opportunity as a full-time Assistant Community Treatment Services Supervisor on the Community Treatment Services team.  Community Treatment Services (CTS) is a community based program that provides treatment and services to assist individuals with severe and persistent mental illness. The CTS team works with clients to help them achieve personal recovery goals, offering choices to the fullest extent possible. Services include Community Support Programs (CSP), Comprehensive Community Services (CCS), targeted case management, outpatient therapy, psychiatry, medication management, nursing support and group therapy. Under the general direction of the Community Treatment Services Supervisor, the Assistant Supervisor assists with general operations of the Community Treatment Services team to yield excellent outcomes.

Qualified candidates must possess:

  • A Master’s Degree in Social Work, Counseling, or Psychology and a current State of Wisconsin Clinical License in either Social Work or Counseling.
  • Must possess a minimum of two years of experience in a Community Support Programs, Comprehensive Community Services program or other program that provides services to Severely and Persistently Mentally Ill Clients.
  • Previous administrative and supervisory experience is desired.
  • A valid Wisconsin driver’s license, available automobile, and automobile insurance are required.
