The Washington County Behavioral Health Division, located in West Bend, has an excellent opportunity as a full-time Mental Health Specialist on the Lifespan Clinical Services team.  The Human Services Department offers responsive and effective community programs to individuals and families challenged by disability, economic hardship, and safety concerns.  Lifespan Clinical Services is a state certified outpatient treatment program.  Clinicians empower clients to improve the quality of their lives through encouraging them to make changes where necessary, take personal responsibility, maximize independence, and strengthen interpersonal and family relationships. Under the general direction of the Outpatient Services Supervisor, this position serves as case coordinator for clients involved with outpatient care, targeted case management, and the Comprehensive Community Services program.

Qualified candidates must possess:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in social work, human services or related field.
  • Minimum of one year of related supervised work experience.
  • Must possess a valid Wisconsin driver’s license.
  • Knowledge of medications preferred.
