Senior Center Manager

Ø      Due to recent retirements, Serving Older Adults of Southeast Wisconsin (SOA) seeks candidates for several full-time job openings for Senior Center Manager.  We seek candidates who are passionate about serving older adults and who are visionary about creating and expanding services.

Ø      The Senior Center Manager supervises daily operations including program scheduling, supervision of one or more paid staff, and recruitment and oversight of volunteers.

Ø      The ideal candidate will be self-motivated, able to inspire and lead staff in creative and effective programming and works to expand and manage relationships with community partners who share our mission and vision.

Ø      Qualifications include supervisory experience, proficient computer skills, and experience producing timely and accurate reports.
