Community Support Program Specialist I/II

This is a full-time position in our Community Support Program (CSP). Under the supervision of the CSP Clinical Coordinator, this position provides a wide array of services to chronically mentally ill adults. Duties include admissions screening, symptom management, daily living skills evaluation, treatment plan development, case management, vocational services and other related duties.



• Master’s degree in a social work, clinical psychology, or psychiatric mental health nursing, or equivalent requirements and experience providing services to the chronically mentally ill population.

• 3000 hours of supervised clinical experience in a practice, where the majority of clients are adults with chronic mental illness or 1500 hours of supervised clinical experience in a certified CSP is preferred but not required.

• Possession of valid Driver’s License and access to personal transportation is required.


Compensation and Benefits:

CSP Specialist I – Group 4/Grade 65 – 2021 Wage Range: $22.69– $26.94

CSP Specialist II (MA Billable) – Group 4/Grade 66 – 2021 Wage Range: $23.66 – $28.08


The wage for this position will depend on the applicant’s qualifications and experience.
