Assistant Professor Dr. Tova Walsh was recently elected to the Group for the Advancement of Doctoral Education (GADE) Board of Directors as an at-large member. GADE, an organization of 90 doctoral social work program directors, works to enhance excellence in doctoral education in social work. The board, “serves as the administrative body of the organization and provides strategic leadership to the membership and its constituencies.”
“We’re excited to welcome three new board members who will bring diverse expertise and insight to our work,” said GADE President Dr. Denise Burnette.
Dr. Walsh is the Program Chair of the Phd program in Social Welfare at the Sandra Rosenbaum School of Social Work.
