Join us in the fight against poverty! This position provides research support and organizes daily operations for projects at the Institute for Research on Poverty (IRP), a nonpartisan research institution dedicated to producing and disseminating rigorous evidence to inform policies and programs to combat poverty, inequality, and their effects in the United States. We seek a highly organized and motivated research specialist to work with national leaders in the field to support research projects and events including but not limited to topics such as child support, early childhood education, housing and homelessness, child welfare, unemployment insurance, and more.
