CESA 2 seeks a Licensed Professional Counselor or Licensed Clinical Social Worker to provide personal and group counseling services, including AODA groups and substance abuse counseling, to inmates in the Rock County Jail.

Duties include:
•Provide counseling treatment services including
◦Alcohol and Drug Addictions Education/Treatment
◦Thinking For A Change (T4C), 25 lessons
◦Community Self-help Education
◦Domestic Violence Counseling
◦Relapse Prevention
◦Behavior Modification Techniques (Included in T4C & AODA)
•Provide individual counseling sessions a minimum of five (5) hours per week
•Provide group counseling a minimum of nine (9) hours per week
•Facilitate the Jail Mental Health Program a minimum of twelve (12) hours per week including mental health assessments, thorough evaluations, crisis intervention, 1:1 supportive contact for inmates house in E and F Units or in the RECAP Programs of the Rock County Jail
•Keep and maintain records related to RECAP inmate counseling participation and the counseling treatment program content
The ideal candidate will have experience working with individuals from a diverse range of backgrounds, have an ability to build rapport quickly and excellent verbal and written communication skills.
