Health Psychologist – Bariatrics
Working as an independent healthcare provider, you’ll play an integral role in our care teams by providing high-quality, cost-effective care to patients while working collaboratively within a multidisciplinary health team.
We are seeking a Health Psychologist to:
- Provide clinical services to adult outpatients focused on addressing behavioral and lifestyle changes that assist with weight management.
- Conduct bariatric presurgical psychological evaluations, individual follow-up health psychology sessions, and facilitate group medical visits with program dietitians and advanced practice providers.
- Receive referrals from and collaborate with medical providers within the Medical and Surgical Weight Management program, including bariatricians and surgeons.
- Consult with our multi-disciplinary bariatric team concerning surgical candidates and post-operative patients.
Health Psychologist – Transplant Evaluations
We are seeking a Health Psychologist to:
- Conduct pre-transplant evaluations.
- Collaborate as part of the interdisciplinary Transplant Healthcare Team consisting of surgeons, medical providers, social work, nutrition, pharmacy, nurse coordinators, transplant leadership, among other consultants.
Clinical Psychologist/Health Psychologist – Pain
We are seeking a Clinical Psychologist or Health Psychologist to:
- Evaluate and treat patients referred by the Pain Clinic with chronic pain and other pain-related concerns, requiring short term behavioral interventions.
- Co-facilitate group medical visits (psychoeducation and treatment) for pain management.
- Conduct Spinal cord stimulator and other procedural evaluations for patients awaiting medical procedures.
- Utilize screening measures to monitor progress and outcomes to assess benefits of treatment.
- Collaborate with medical professionals as well as patients to design specific goals for brief treatment.
Clinical Psychologist/Health Psychologist – Adult Transplant
We are seeking a Clinical Psychologist/Health Psychologist to:
- Conduct pre-transplant evaluations.
- Provide group and individual health and behavior interventions to patients throughout their transplant journey in both outpatient and inpatient medical settings.
- Collaborate as part of the interdisciplinary Transplant Healthcare Team consisting of surgeons, medical providers, social work, nutrition, pharmacy, nurse coordinators, transplant leadership, among other consultants.
- Attend Transplant Listing Meetings as a highly valued member of the team.
Mental Health Clinician/Clinical Psychologist/Health Psychologist – Oncology
We are seeking a Mental Health Clinician, Clinical Psychologist or Health Psychologist to:
- Evaluate and treat patients referred by oncology with medical and mental health concerns, requiring short term behavioral interventions.
- Collaborate with medical professionals as well as patients to design specific goals for brief treatment.
- Coordinate patient care with oncology team, supportive services and palliative care, as needed. Include family members as requested by patient.
- Provide consultation to patient and family using evidenced based treatment modalities.
- Utilize screening measures to monitor progress and outcomes to assess benefits of treatment.
