The Dane County Human Services Department has a full-time (1.0 FTE) vacancy for an Information and Assistance Supervisor in Madison, WI.
Under the general supervision of the ADRC Manager this position supervises the Information and Assistance (I&A) Specialists and Lead Information and Assistance Specialists located in the Aging and Disability Resource Center (ADRC). Provides leadership and direction to the Information and Assistance (I&A) staff. Builds and supports development of teamwork within the Information and Assistant unit. Performs a variety of management, community outreach, partner relationship functions necessary to ADRC operations.
