Under the general supervision of a Human Services Manager, the Prevention & Early Intervention (PEI) Division Social Work Supervisor is responsible for the administrative direction and professional development of assigned social services staff. Ensures continuity and effectiveness of agency services in conformity with federal, state and agency laws, rules and regulations. Supervises social workers and other staff and helps them develop the skills, attitudes and knowledge necessary to perform their jobs. Maintains professional standards of social work practice and performs related work as assigned.
