We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Master’s Level Social Worker with 3000+ hours of supervised clinical experience to serve as the Group Home Clinical Supervisor for a group home serving individuals with chronic mental illness. In this role, you will provide clinical leadership while also supervising two group home managers to ensure the delivery of high-quality care. You will be responsible for fostering a safe, supportive, and therapeutic environment that promotes the well-being and independence of residents. This position requires strong clinical expertise, leadership skills, and a deep understanding of mental health conditions, as well as experience in managing teams effectively. This role offers a salary of $75,000, with flexibility for increased compensation based on qualifications.
