The Prevention of Sexual Abuse Compliance Manager for La Jornada (NYAP) is responsible for the implementation, training, documentation and ongoing compliance with ORR Policy Section 4, 5 and the Interim Final Rule (IFR) on preventing, detecting, and responding to sexual abuse and sexual harassment; establishing a respectful and supportive workplace environment; elevating to Program leadership and ORR issues or concerns.
