Offshore Group Home Manager is responsible for the quality and regulatory compliance of our group home and contracts. The Group Home Manager promotes a culture of person-centered services that advances Goodwill’s mission to provide quality care and services in a community-based setting to individuals with disabilities. This individual will oversee day-to-day operations of the group home and develop staff within the authorized operating budget
