Concordia University Wisconsin is hiring a Field Director in the Master’s of Social Work Program. The position is a year long contracted position. The MSW Field Director provides leadership and administration of the MSW field education component, ensuring field placements that align with Concordia University-Wisconsin’s mission, the program’s mission, CSWE (Council on Social Work Education) accreditation standards, and student learning outcomes. This role develops and maintains community partnerships, manages field placement processes, supports students and field instructors, and promotes program quality and compliance.
The MSW Field Director has .50 release time (12 TCs per year – 12-month contract) for administrative obligations. Other responsibilities include teaching, scholarship, and service to the MSW Program, School of Health Professions, and Concordia University-Wisconsin.
