The Family Service Worker provides crisis intervention, short-term counseling and referrals, resource coordination, and support, and performs intakes for new family/children accessing childcare from Respite Center Program. The Family Service Worker provides oversight and guidance to childcare scheduling activities and serves as a liaison between Respite Center program staff and families, working to ensure that all families’ needs are met and their experience with Respite Center Program is helpful.
