JustDane is seeking a skilled, compassionate Supportive Services Resource Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will work with other JustDane Just Connections youth services staff, and serve as a key connector for young adults who are leaving the foster care system and entering into permanent housing. The Supportive Services Resource Specialist will work with young adults who are seeking social, health, and community resources, ensuring they receive comprehensive support tailored to their unique needs. Your energetic approach and dedication will empower individuals and families to overcome challenges, access essential services, and improve their overall well-being. This position offers an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful impact in the lives of young people from diverse communities by providing expert guidance, crisis intervention, and resource navigation.

This is an in-person, part-time position (25 hours per week) and will include one evening per week. Hourly wage is $24.00 per hour.
