ABOUT STEP TIME, INC.

Step Time, Inc. is a community-based mental health organization committed to delivering structured, recovery-focused services that empower individuals to achieve sustainable independence. We serve people living with co-occurring mental health and substance use needs — work that is demanding, and work that changes lives.

We are a small agency, and that shapes how we treat the people who work here. You will not be a number. Your supervisor will know your caseload, your strengths, and what you are working toward. Clinical supervision toward licensure is provided in-house at no cost to you — one hour per week, every week — so the hours your credential requires are built into your job instead of paid for out of your own pocket. As clinicians grow, we make room for them, with opportunities to take on specialization and expanded responsibility as the agency grows.

What we ask in return is real. We operate with clear expectations, strong accountability, and a commitment to excellence in service delivery, because the people we serve cannot afford anything less. We support our staff so they can meet that standard — not in spite of it.

We are seeking Master’s-level clinicians who want to be of service, who value autonomy and professional growth, and who are building a career rather than filling a job.
