Elliot Bowen

Elliot Bowen is a PhD student at the Sandra Rosenbaum School of Social Work. His interests include Universal Basic Income, cash transfer programs, and social and political theory. Elliot is particularly interested in perceptions of basic income and other unconditional cash transfers, especially the Alaska Permanent Fund Dividend. Elliot has a background in environmental science and anthropology of policy. He has professional experience in non-profit grant writing and development, museum-based education, and higher education.
