Biography

Abigayle Brooks is a PhD student and teaching assistant at the Sandra Rosenbaum School of Social Work. Her research interests center on how social policies and programs can best address the intersectional issues that contribute to global poverty. Abigayle has three years of professional experience working as a substance abuse and children’s therapist. She has also previously worked with survivors of domestic violence, housing programs, and adoption and parenting programs and as a qualitative research assistant.
