Abigayle Brooks is a PhD student at the Sandra Rosenbaum School of Social Work and a Letters & Science Community of Graduate Research Scholars Fellow. Her research interests center on how social policies and programs can best address the intersectional issues that contribute to global poverty. Abigayle has three years of professional experience working as a substance abuse and children’s therapist. She has also previously worked with survivors of domestic violence, housing programs, and adoption and parenting programs.
