Biography

Francesca Ipsaro, MSW, is a graduate of the University of Wisconsin–Madison School of Social Work, where she earned both her Bachelor of Social Work and Master of Social Work with a concentration in Policy and Administration. Her professional experience spans higher education administration, legislative advocacy, and community organizing, with a focus on civic engagement, outreach, and policy-informed practice.

Francesca has supported educational programming, legislative advocacy efforts, conference and event coordination, and stakeholder engagement through roles with the University of Wisconsin–Madison, the National Association of Social Workers–Wisconsin Chapter, and End Domestic Abuse Wisconsin. She is passionate about advancing equity, strengthening communities, and creating opportunities for meaningful engagement and leadership.

As a member of the Board of Visitors, Francesca is honored to support the continued success of the School of Social Work, foster connections between alumni and students, and contribute to the growth of future social work professionals.
