Leslie’s career has spanned social work, education, and policy institutions, focusing on centering equity and pushing for systems change. With more than 15 years in business administration, Leslie has extensive experience in strategic management, public relations, policy creation, finance and personnel oversight, research and data analysis, communications, advancement, and marketing.

Interests:

Public transportation planning and policy, and their relationship to social welfare–food, housing, employment, education, and healthcare; transportation finance; public transit policy, practice, and research; transit-dependent rider experience and inequities across rider populations; policy analysis and program evaluation.
