Higher Ground, Housing, LLC are seeking experienced, energetic and passionate direct support professionals (“DSP”) to assist in the implementation of an individualized daily living support program for a young man on the autism spectrum. The DSP position is an hourly position, reporting to a Residential Director responsible for overseeing and managing the program. Functioning as a team, the DSP staff will provide evening and overnight support of the daily program.

Reporting to the Residential Director, the DSP is responsible for providing support and coaching in all aspects of an individualized daily living program in a private, independent living setting, including (i) the support of self-care and other independent living tasks and activities (e.g., grooming, dressing and meal prep), (ii) medication administration, and (iii) the support and coordination of vocational, social and recreational activities.
