Higher Ground, Housing, LLC are seeking an experienced, energetic and passionate Residential Director to implement and manage an individualized daily living support program in a private residence for a young man on the autism spectrum. It is preferred (but not required) that the Residential Director live in the residence. This position is a full-time, salaried position, reporting to the legal guardians of the supported individual. An employment commitment of two years minimum is desired.

Supported by a staff of 2-3 direct support professionals (“DSP”), this position is responsible for overseeing, implementing and managing all aspects of an individualized daily living support program in a private residential setting, including (i) participating in the recruitment and selection of DSP staff, (ii) managing the DSP staff in the daily implementation of the support program, (iii) medication administration, (iv) managing the upkeep of the private residence, and (v) coordinating the delivery of services by healthcare and other
service providers.
